User hacked into my Etsy shop account and started selling items under my name. There are several login's from said user and messages between buyers asking about products and tracking numbers. There are sales and an attached bank account that don't belong to me. There have been multiple logins from said IP address and are logged in at this moment even after I reset my password and contacted Etsy Support.
