		<description>France produces 80% of power from nuclear but how much do the proposed GenIII+ and GenIV plants cost?  Not to mention the unresolved issue of waste (which is worse- Carbon polluted air or radioactive groundwater?), nuclear in the US is not worth the investment.

I wonder if you have numbers on the cost of HVDC lines from the American southwest and the wind belt through a central supergrid.  I've read estimates for europe at 45 bn euro..</description>
