Description of the Payment Process for Any CleanTalk Site Security License

First payment

If you have successfully tested CleanTalk Site Security and completely satisfied by our service, you can renew your license to protect your website for a longer period. Here are a few simple steps to make payment.

1. Open your CleanTalk Security Dashboard.

2. Open your user's menu by clicking on your email in the top right corner and click on "Checkout page":

3.  You will see the billing page.

Please, select the options you need: 

1) Period. Choose 1, 2, or 3 years license period. Please note, that the longer period the less cost. For 2 years you will receive a 5% discount, for 3 years - a 10% discount.

2) Package. Choose the required number of websites. Please note, that more websites in a package the less cost for each website.

3) Currency. Select in which currency you will make the calculation.

4) Extra package. The additional package which provides you more features. You can read more here.

5) Cross-pay products. You can pay for our other products at once. The number of sites the license will cover is the same as the Site Security license.

6) Automatically renew Site Security license. Automatically renews your license when the paid period ends. Available for a 1-year period for all packages or for all periods for Unlimited websites package. You can disable this option anytime in your CleanTalk Dashboard.

4. Choose the payment method.

There are 2 options available:

1) Stripe.

2) PayPal. 

5. Confirm payment. Wait for the success message.

6. You can check your license period, payment details, remove Auto renewal, download invoice in the "Licenses & Billing" section of your user's menu:

Site Security package upgrading or renewing.

If you need to renew your current subscription or protect more websites than your current package allows, you can do so at any time. The steps are similar to those described above for the first payment.

- If you are renewing your license, make sure that the same package you currently have is selected in the Package menu.

- If you are upgrading your license, select the package that suits you.

Don't worry if your current license has not yet expired. The remaining balance of your current license will be calculated proportionally to the remaining days and applied in full as a discount.
