Linking Accounts For Granting Access to Your Websites, Additional Email Address For Reports

 

Granting Read & Write access is available for CleanTalk accounts with an active paid license for the following services:

Note: Granting access for Anti-Spam and Security requires purchasing the appropriate Extra Package for each service. Each website can be assigned to up to five users.

 

 

To delegate website management or viewing permissions to other users, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Anti-Spam Dashboard or Security Dashboard.

2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner and choose Linked accounts:

3. Click the New Grant button:

4. Select the website and service you would like to share with another CleanTalk account:

5. Select the access level (Read or Read & Write) and enter the email address of the CleanTalk account you want to share your website with. Then click the Save button.

If an account does not exist for that email address, an invitation will be sent to register a new account.

6. Log in to the target CleanTalk account you shared access with, then accept the access request.

Verification is required only for the first delegated website. Confirmation is not required for any new shared websites.

7. To update access rights, return to the Linked Accounts page (as shown in Step 2) and click Edit.

8. Change the rights and click the Save button.

1. In your CleanTalk Dashboard, click the Services drop-down menu and choose Monitoring:

2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner and choose Linked accounts:

3. Click the New Grant button:

4. Select the monitor you would like to share with another CleanTalk account, choose the appropriate access level, and click Add.

If an account does not exist for that email address, an invitation will be sent to register a new account.

5. Log in to the recipient account and accept the invite. To update access rights, return to the Linked accounts page (as described in Step 2) and click Edit.

1. Log in to the trusted user's CleanTalk Dashboard.

2. Locate the Delegated websites section on the main page:

3. Trusted users can manage delegated websites in the same way as their own standard websites.

 

This feature is available after purchasing a CleanTalk Extra Package for your account.

To manage newsletter subscriptions for the new account, log in to the CleanTalk Dashboard using the new credentials and go to the following page. Check or uncheck the desired mailing list options, then click Save.

For security reasons, passwordless sign-ins (accessing your Dashboard using a secret token) will be automatically disabled for both accounts.
