CleanTalk setup manual for IP.Board

1. Download IP.Board's hook cleantalk-ipboard-1.3.xml, Install the hook to the board: AdminCP -> System -> Manage Hooks
2. Hook installed!

3. Get an account and service Access key.

4. Enter Access key at the board's: AdminCP -> System Settings -> Hooks -> CleanTalk

5. Test the protection against bot registration with email.
